I purchased two tires today at the Kernersville, NC Discount Tire location, and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. Immediately after the tire change, the rear-right TPMS sensor stopped working — it was fully functional before service. When I spoke with the manager, Jarrod Lohr, he falsely claimed that replacing one sensor would “short out” the other three and tried to pressure me into buying four new sensors. Very quick service. 4 tires in a little over 30 minutes. Staff very professional
I was heading out on a long trip when I found a nail in my tire where it couldn't be repaired. I needed new tires soon. Chris and his team got my 4 new tires put on and got me on my way quickly. They were all professional, efficient and friendly. They were awesome!
Unfortunately, we had terrible experiences both times we visited this location. We brought in two vehicles for 4 new tires each, about a week apart, and had issues both times. The manager did call to check in, but we never saw the refund he promised.
