Great service. Was greeted at the door and well taken care of.
***Update*** I immediately received a call from the manager, Jarrod - He acknowledged the safety risk and made a recovery offer to make me whole. I arrived the next day and they replaced all of the lug nuts on three wheels, plus the alignment that I still needed. (I already had the bolts and nuts replaced on the wheel that had the issue). When it comes to tires this is my go to! I’ve been purchasing tires from Discount Tire for at least 12 years or better and I’ve always had a great experiences and great service. The people that work at these locations will go above and beyond to ensure the customer is totally satisfied.
