Came to gulf shores for vacation, somehow our tire got sliced in the parking lot. Went to another place & they could not help us. So we went down the road to Discount Tire & they were GREAT. Chris was quick & efficient with helping us. He has great customer service. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you again Chris for all your help. We appreciate you.
I had a screw in a tire, and they were able to repair it quickly and at no charge. I have used Discount Tire for several years now for multiple cars, and it is because of service like this, even at a store I have never been to, that I will continue to come back.

The service was great, and the staff were very friendly! We ordered our tires online and were fortunate that they were in stock. We called them 40 minutes before their closing time to arrange for an installation and were told that they could perform it on the same day. We arrived at 5:57, just three minutes prior to their closing time, and the tires were installed within 30 minutes! Shout out to Chris for helping us with any questions we had and being really nice.
