My wife & I were on a mini vacation from Gulfport, MS when we picked up a bolt in our passenger rear tire on our 2024 Ford Explorer while traveling through Gulf Shores to Orange Beach. I came to town to see my grandmother and had to get a tire fixed before I headed this way the man at that specific tire place said my tires would be fine to make this trip but he was wrong by the time I got here I could bearly drive due to the shake in my truck I called discount and explained my situation they helped me when I was in a really tight spot with this being unexpected and ended up needing 3 tires rather than the 1 I initially thought they didnt try and upsell me they was straigh up and honest and had my best inte... read more
Had the prices beat by almost half for the tire change and balance compared to every one else in town. Planned on spending a whole lot more. Everywhere else workers are kinda entitled and treat you like and idiot that doesn’t know anything. Evan who was helping us even held the door open and was nice and respectful. Will definitely have all my vehicles serviced there from this time on. Don’t rely on app for wait times, complete waste of a technology, better to spend that money on some bonuses for great staff!
You can always count on discount tire giving great service. The people are friendly and helpful and we really like this place. We always get our tires here
