Changed my tires with no appointment and realigned my wheels in about 2 hours. Just try to be more consistent with tire pressure on new tires. 2 were 3 lbs too high and two were about 2 pounds too high. I checked them in my garage about a day later to make sure they were at ambient temperature. Also, one valve stem cap was very tight and almost broke coming off and and one was very loose. Not a problem for me because I came home right away but could have been if I jumped on the highway after having them installed.

Great job discount tire! The customer experience is second to none. The staff was friendly knowledgeable and efficient throughout the entire process. Not only did they provide excellent service but their pricing was also the lowest compared to the competitors in the area. It's refreshing to find a company that combines outstanding customer service with great value. I highly recommend Discount Tire and will definitely be returning for other Tire needs!

Staff was a pleasure to deal with even though it may take time due to volume of customers. Service time is the only downside to my experience and the only reason service time is extented is due to corporate not supplying the mechanics with the equipment to make their job easier and faster. They make cheap mobile lifts now. two of those would speed things up instead of aligning 4 jacks to lift cars up.

I was met at the door with assistance from Ayden. He was nice and answered some of the questions I had. I didn’t complete my transaction because I was using the affirm app for purchase that must be done online. I was able to get the tires at a different discount tire through affirm when I scheduled online
