The manager, Robert McCullough is very rude and inconsiderate. He does not stand behind what his employees say! I made an appt for 1 pm. I Called and asked if I could come in early. I was told to come on in they weren’t busy. Got there at 11:45 and the manager made the gentleman helping me go to lunch and proceeded to make me wait for my 1 pm appointment time. Short version: fantastic service, way above and beyond, super friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. Long version: hit a terrible pothole heading home to San Antonio just north of Denton. Totally blew out a run flat tire, called 30 minutes before they closed and they did not have the correct tire (unusual size, low profile, runflat.) no one ever has one in stock. They were so helpful! A big nail found its way right into my tire this morning; they got me in-and-out so quickly I was able to get to work on time! Their customer service is absolutely above and beyond, I definitely recommend these guys!
I bought two tires. They rotated the back to the front, just like I asked. They put the new tires on the rear, just like I asked. I know it shouldn't be surprising when people do what you ask. But they did exactly what I asked them to do. So kudos to them.
