Update: they made it right! Wanted to love this place, but they let me down. Had 4 new tires installed and had a great experience - came back for the included lifetime rotation and alignment 9 months later and they then screwed the alignment up - twice. Had to take it to the Ford dealer to have it fixed and was told I would be reimbursed by Discount Tire. Have not received any return communication and I’m out $200 that didn’t need to be spent in the first place! Will steer everyone I know away from these guys.
