Any tire they sell, look it on walmart at 40% discount… total bluff!!
Waited over an hour (with appointment) even when it was not busy. Appointment is a joke. You still wait at least an hour before they even look at your car. Go somewhere else. Worst experience I ever had. I wish corporate would contact me
I can’t say enough good things about this store. I called numerous tire shops to see if they can patch a nail that punctured my Tesla’s tire, and they all refused to do so and only offered replacements as cash grabs. Discount Tire was not only willing to do so without hesitation, but they did so complimentary. Super friendly workers and comfortable waiting space. They have a customer for life!
I'd like to address the management of this company. Do you think this is a fair way to treat your customers? I ordered wheels yesterday. They told me they'd be delivered between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m. I arrived at 10:00, And now I sit and watch as cars that arrived much later than me enter and exit. a.m., and they arrived at 12:00 a.m., after which they put me in the general queue. So, I have to wait another two hours.
These guys are amazing carlos, Bryce jose they went all out 5 star service highly recommend they just got a.new customer.
