In my experience with Discount Tire, the wait time was minimal. Carlos Fernandez was professional, helpful, and very kind. Being on a fixed income, he helped me get the best deal possible. I would definitely go back for any tire needs.
Great experience dealing with this tire shop. Came in wanting new rims and tires for my Chevy Silverado 1500 and I was out the door in less than an hour. Thank you to Ryan, Francisco, and Jordan. I did my research beforehand, and on top of the Great customer service, the pricing for what I wanted was the best I found in the area. Definitely recommending this shop to friends and family.
Horrible and wast of time. They wanted to change a tire that it in a decent condition and drove 14k miles
I was disappointed in the overall experience. I made an online appointment for 1 pm (Saturday). I didn't leave the store until after 4 pm. The service adviser quoted me the cost for the tires, which I accepted. After I came back from lunch, the same service adviser advised me that he had quoted the wrong tires, and I had to pay an additional $300+ for the difference. What bothered me the most was the fact that it took over 3 hours to get my tires changed. Unacceptable
I strongly advise against visiting this establishment again. Upon my initial visit, I discovered that the facility prioritizes the sale of new tire sets. If you seek service for any other purpose, such as tire replacement, you can expect to wait for over five hours. On March 20, 2026, I visited this location to have my tires replaced due to the additional insurance coverage I had purchased.
