Very efficient and courteous
Discount Tire always has great service. They have never disappointed me. I came in on a spare and my tire had to be replaced. I was in a time crunch to pick up my son and they got me out in time. Everyone was polite and professional and helpful.

This shop went above and beyond in helping my mother. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care left a lasting impression on us. I truly trust them, and I’m sincerely grateful for how they treat people, especially the elderly. They show what true care means.
I asked for my tires to be rotated a specific way (They always cross the rear and bring the front and back, and I asked for both the front and rear to be crossed) I had my tires marked and my front tires did not get crossed they got pulled straight back.. technicians left old wheel weight, residue all over wheel. Did not even attempt to remove the old glue. When I looked through the window of the shop, they definitely had cleaner on the Balance machine to be able to remove the old glue but just did not take the time and care... read more
