Exceptional customer service from this location! Have bought multiple sets of tires already and will only use these guys in the future too.
I waited 2.5 hours to get a replacement tire installed. And that was my 2nd trip to this shop because they didn't have my tire in stock. And the long wait was WITH an appointment. Doesn't look like they honor appointments over drive -ins. So why even make an appointment??? Plan on sitting around the tire shop for a prolonged time if you use this company
I would absolutely recommend Discount Tire in Mechanicsville after my recent visit! I walked in on a Monday morning looking to get my tire patched where there was a screw. I was helped very quickly and kindly by the entire team including TJ, Heather and Jacob. I really appreciate being helped so efficiently and honestly, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything. They not only patched my tire, they also put air in all my tires to make sure they were all at the correct PSI - all within less than 30 minutes - for free! Thank yo... read more
Service was great, not a big problem but, one valve cap was left off.
