I always have amazing service with discount tire. I have been to both the staples mill location and the mechanicsville location. Both have been great.
Really great experience at Discount Tire. I was honestly shocked at how professional the sales team was. Very friendly, professional, and engaged, but also very down to earth and very focused on serving (not selling to) their customers. And the fact that they'll match competitor prices is another huge perk. I'll definitely be back.
told me on the phone a tire rotation would be no charge and i’d be in and out. got here and they tried to charge me $64 for a balance that they say they recommend with every rotation. and then on both days i came by the wait was 2+ hours. sickening. just go to valvoline and pay the $20.
