This is my second time shopping at discount tire but the first at this location. I stopped here because I needed 2 new tires in a hurry to make an emergency trip and they were able to get them for me the same day. Charlie was who was helping me and I have no complaints about him, he was quick and easy to work with. My problem was when I went to go pick up the car I was told in the most nonchalant way that that they snapped one of my wheel bolts.
