This was my third or fourth time buying tires from from them. Everything from the 1st Pual I made booked a young lady on the phone to everyone in the store was very professional, courteous and beyond
First time using Discount Tire and I was really impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of everyone I interacted with.
Well first of all I hit a pothole and I put a hole in my tire. I thought I would have to buy a new tire I'll call them on the phone discount tires that is and they gave me a quote of a tire wish I was entirely satisfied with. But once I got there they discovered that it was just a hole puncture and they fixed the whole puncture for free and I thought that was awesome they were so nice I will come back when needed I appreciate their kindness thank you. ♥️
Amazing service, very welcoming crew and they had the service done in 15 minutes. 5/5 would recommend.
I had a very good experience with this store and employee, Thomas. Price on the tires was good, they got my car in and out quickly and I would consider using this store again.
