I came in without an appointment after getting a flat tire the night before and having a temporary plug put in just to get me home. Martinsburg WV Discount Tire Location is managed by the best team! Always quick to answer questions and address any issues. This place was extremely busy but the staff stayed calm and got everyone taken care of. Tyler is the best manager I have seen in a long time. Highly recommend!
We dealt with two employees. Adrian was extremely helpful and respectful on the phone. On arrival, although it was extremely busy, Jacob was professional and proficient, and got us out on the road in record time. Traveling is stressful and these gentlemen made things much easier. We appreciate them.
