Nice people great service, floor needs to be swept.
Upon arrival I was met by Jake before I made it in the building. He measured all the tire tread depths, lug nuts and checked the wipers. He was very knowledgeable about the service Discount Tire offers, which is a huge win to me since most places have untrained and un professional staff....that was not the case here. He told me it would be approximately an hour till completed and went over the TPMS and tire lug nut torque specs and recommended pressure, etc. WOW. Inaccurate and inconsistent pricing
Granted a superb service from start to finish! Was there for 4 new tires & waited just 30 minutes. Interior is clean & spacious. Would highly recommend! 🤩
I can't say enough good things about the staff and service at the Martinsburg location! I had always gone to a Discount Tire in my hometown in FL and was truly excited when I found a location after moving to West Virginia. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficiently handled everything. We walked in without and appointment near the end of the day and they STILL fit us in and got us back on the road that night! I always feel like a valued customer and will continue to bring my business to Discount Tire.
