I came back to get one of my tires rebalanced, and I waited over an hour only to be told I needed to wait two more hours, based on what the guy said. I wasn’t checked in. I used to enjoy coming here, but I won’t be back at this location anytime soon

If you have a half hour to a hour to stand in a line that doesn't move while 1 employee helps customers, this is the place for you. This happened to me twice, I just wanted to drop off the key to my truck for my 3pm appointment, I waited in line while my ride waited. The line did not move for 15 minutes so I approached a mechanic saying I just to drop off my key, mechanic stated he couldn't take the key (he would get in trouble) after going back to the line that still hadn't moved but added a few more people that looked as f... read more

I waited 2 hours to be told they couldn’t replace my tire sensor because of a policy they have that says they can’t take a tire off with a dummy plug and put it back on the car. So if you’re like me, and can’t replace your entire tire every time there’s a small hole, don’t go here.
