My local Discount tire in Martinsburg WV is a Godsend. I am a disabled Marine vet. Have limited resources and they went above and beyond to help me out and keep me safe on the roads and highways. I cannot recommend this Discount Tire location highly enough. I hit a giant pothole on the way to Harpers Ferry that completely blew out the front passenger tire on my Audi RS5. After struggling to get the spare on myself because I forgot about my wheel spacers, a flatbed tow finally brought me here. Management knows what their doing. I went in for a full set of tires w/ an appointment and things did not go as planned. I spoke to the manager upon the issue arising (date of service: 12 MAR 26) and he made the situation right by doing good by me ...the consumer. The manager was also very receptive to feedback on process improvements. I will definitely be going back to the Martinsburg location and would recommend to anyone for tire service.
