When you tell them 4 times NO you don't want new tires and just fix the potential flat or not and then they STILL try to get you to buy new tires BEFORE even knowing if they can fix it. We walked out. First experience and will be the last.
Stopped in today I discount tired to get my tires rotated. It took 3 hours to do a simple tie rotation in the garage was not that busy I'm used to deal with discount tire in and out with an hour and a half tops. This garage is a little on the slow side some reserve my full review until I try the one more time they continue to do what they're doing I don't want to stop doing business with discount tire.
Definitely the best tire place in martinsburg.
Mike D. went absolutely above expectations and really showed how much he cares for customers. I’m not in a good spot financially and he made sure to figure something out to help me with the best of his ability. Would 100% come back and ask for Mike, cheap prices and customer service goes above and beyond. Give that man a raise!
