Mitchell was a tremendous help during a family emergency. He answered all my questions and ensured I had everything I needed. Even though they were busy, he still showed care and attentiveness to each customer who walked in while I waited.
Patched my tire and got me in and out in a hour and half when it was busy. Great company.
Shout out to the guys working today (12/22/24). Brought in a tire that needed to be patched unfortunately after they inspected the tire, their products they used weren't going to be beneficial for the angle at which my tire was punctured but in the process, they dismounted the tire from the wheel and I was able to finish and properly patch the tire with other products. I appreciate the customer service and clarity here, they give honest and thorough communication.
Always a great experience both over phone and in the store.
