First of all they tell you an hour and then take 2+ hours the last two times in. I bought a set of tires 6-8 months ago and they put one of the incorrect size tires on. I stopped in for a rotation and balance when they told me I had one wrong size tires. After telling them they are almost brand new and bought from their store they wanted to charge me to replace the wrong size tire and the one opposite because it is bad for the transmission to ride around with mid matched tires. Had a screw in my tire. Went there as a walk-in. Luckily, the tire was repairable with a patch/plug combo. The suggested wait time for walk-ins was 1.5 hours, but they started on it in 45 minutes instead. I have 19-inch diamond-cut wheels with stiff run-flat tires, so I was really worried about the possible damage on the rim lip that usually happens when using metal pry bars to mount them.
