One of my favorite Discount Tire's in the entire Austin area!! They have great service and do such a great job on your car. My tires have never looked better! I had to get two new front tires with an alignment and they did it perfectly with no problems! Also, Derek who helped me out today was very kind and precious in the whole process!! Will definitely come back if I can in the future!
Matthew and Derek honestly made me completely speechless with the amount of compassion and empathy they showed me. There will never be enough words to say thank you for helping me while I am going through the toughest time of my life. Matthew you are literally an angel on earth and you deserve the world. Thank you beyond words. Management please recognize these angels. I will forever shop tires with discount tire.
Went in to get my tires aired up. The person that was adding air to my tires noticed what brand they were and was aware of a problem with that tire. I usually don’t buy their certificates but for these tires I had. That allowed me to get four new tires at no cost for the tires. The only cost was for the certificates which were about $154. Discount Tire has almost always come through for me.
I had a flat repaired at this location yesterday and had them check the torque on the rest of the wheels. I had the brakes replaced today, The shop had to break one wheel lug off the stud on both front rims. One was cross threaded and over torqued, The other was over torqued and stretched. This is the second time discount tire has over torqued or cross threaded my wheel studs. After they repair the broken wheel studs, I will not be returning to any of their locations for any future tire purchases.
Mr Dismukes and the crew did an excellent job on my tundra. 35 12.50 R20s and fuel rims are hard to balance and they got it smooth the first time! Thank you gentlemen!
