Came in at 330pm to get tires, they said come back around 430pm to get them installed because I didn’t want to wait long. Thinking I would get right in but no I got put at the end of the line. Had I just stayed there my car would have been done before 8pm at night. I’m still sitting here three and half hours later and they are technically closed. Still no car! Never coming back! They don't charge for fix flat tires. They have good tire offers everyday.
Took my car in for a tire rotation. The car was pulled to the front of the Bay Area for 45 minutes and never went into the bay to get serviced but then I was told that my service was finished even though it was clear the car didn’t even go inside to get serviced. Granted, the rotation was “free” because I bought the tires from them.
