I just left Discount Tire on Mobile Hwy. I went in due to having a screw in one of my tires and needing a new one. I was NOT trying to spend an arm and a leg on one tire. I found one for $100 and was ok with that. Juan Luc the Assistant Manager did me so right! He and his team were able to get the screw out of my tire and fix it for $78. He also placed a warranty on my other three tires that I bought from some place else. Very impressive operation to witness. The staff were all dressed professionally and very efficient in their work production.
Manager was unwilling to help. Didn't Even offer times for tomorrow to get a balance done my wife had to ask for other times...... He wanted us to wait for two hours when there is only two cars in the bay.
Had an outstanding experience. From the counter help to the technicians to the alignment tech, everybody knowledgeable, polite, Worked fast and diligently, and got me in and out. Much appreciated. Great location
