2.5 hour wait for a 12 minute tire rotation, 10am on a Wednesday. Definitely room for improvement. I'll go somewhere else next time.

With the times we live in being strained and tense it's nice to know that there is still a place that actually wants to help you. They went above and beyond to help me in a crunch. They fixed my tire for free and put a plug and a patch on it to insure my safety.
