If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I called last minute close to closing, struggling to find a tire due to a lot of shops not having my tire size in stock And not enough time to order one since I’m going out of town the following morning. I don't know if it's because I was a female but tried to inform me tires were bald when I went in to get tire plug . So they couldn't plug it. Went to other tire shop ithe next day indicated tires were not bald and that tires were not in bad shape Tire plug by other shop.
Had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired. We were on our way to Texas and had to stop in Denham Springs. They price match how much lower price for four tires. Wonderful staff wonderful customer service would highly recommend them very conveniently located in Denham Springs. Karelia “Lia” Thomas did an excellent job. Greeted us at the door! 10 out of 10!
Got a nail in our tire on a 700 mile road trip and Karlia and Rob did everything they could to help us and gave us a great deal on 4 new tires. They were also incredibly patient, kind and helpful with all of our questions and helped explain the entire process. 10/10 recommend for any needs you might have.
