Just want to leave this review for a very remarkable young man that works at discount tire in dawsonville ga he was a very nice young man and so very polite and helpful, he was very helpful he told me that they still offer the lay way plan for needing new tires for your car, truck, or SUV, if you are in need of some good set of tires and are short on cash they will let you put them on lay way and when you get them paid off they will put them on for you as well, the young man that helped me his name is Caleb Brown assistant m... read more
Very professional and courteous!
I'm not mad at the service. I'm not mad about the price. What ticks me off is that the warranty on tires is measured by the amount of tread left on the tire but where they measure the tread is on the outside edge where the most wear is gonna occur the quickest. Therefore the warranty doesn't last very long. What's the point? Had a leak on a new tire purchased there that they plugged. No charge. Got another leak now I have to buy new tires a few months later because of the wear on the outside edge. Wtf
The employees at the Dawsonville store are very helpful and very nice! There is one that is a little closer but I prefer this store because of the service!
