So I had an encounter with a utility blade after purchasing a set of tires. When I bought a replacement I also paid for road hazard protection this time. I dropped off the wheel and was notified an hour later that it was ready for pick up. I couldn't be more greatful for the fast service.
Service was great and they were very hospitable. Took a long time to get done (was a Saturday, my mistake). Had one mess up but they fixed it before my left. Only complaint is I never got my locking lug key back 🥲
My husband and I needed a spare tire for our RV Van. He went to Discount Tire in Pace and spoke with James. James went above and beyond to assist. He advised that it is a special wheel size and lug nuts for this RV. We were set to leave the next day but, it would have to be ordered. This wonderful man took the time to call a Discount Tire store in the area we should be in a few days and explain the situation. Paid for a tire. Then was made to sit for 2 and a half hours, while my car sat in the parking lot. I will never come back.
Excellent, professional, and quick service. Will be returning for tire repairs in the future
