I've been coming here for years and always had good experiences, but the one time I have my wife bring her car in herself its problem after problem. TLDR/Summary: I've lost confidence in the shop and their abilities. First complaint is that they brought the car back over an hour after appointment time. Not tragic but not a great start either.
