Service tech Francisco took great care of me and my truck
Brought a set of tires off my truck in to have them dismounted and mounted/rotated and a valve stem repair. Was helped by Jared and he told me it wouldn’t be a problem. Took the tires out of my truck and was told I would get a call when they were done. Well I got the call but not to tell me the work was done. Booked my appointment online a week in advance for a new set of wheels. The day of my appointment, they had a welcome sign at the entrance with my name on it and my appointment time which I thought was very classy. Staff was very professional. Got my new wheels mounted and installed in about 30-45 mins and they looked great. No balance issues, alignment issues, or vibrations. The technicians did a very good job.
