I had an outstanding experience at the Discount Tire Pace location. The level of teamwork here is seriously impressive. Even though they were clearly very busy, everything ran like a well-oiled machine. My Tesla Model S Plaid had to be towed in, so nearly everything was coordinated over the phone, and they absolutely nailed it. Assistant Manager Brandon and the team, Cody, Jeff, and Alexus, made the entire process smooth, fast, and stress-free without me even being there in person. Cody was very helpful. During my previous visit, the wrong model tire was installed by accident( GY Workhorse AT vs HT) Cody made me feel valued as a customer and even got me a refund of the installation cost.
Cody and his team are truly top‑tier. They stand behind their work in a way you don’t see often. I recently had a wheel replaced, and during installation the tech accidentally scratched it. Instead of brushing it off or sending me home none the wiser, Cody immediately told me what happened and took care of it on the spot. That level of honesty and accountability sealed it for me. I won’t be using any other tire shop going forward. Exceptional service, solid workmanship, and a team you can trust.
AMAZING and fast service! Also took a look at our brakes and rotors to let us know we in fact did not need to change them out. A+++ service!
