Long wait but they adjusted my bill to accommodate us for it.
The workers are very knowledgeable and kind. Didn’t try to upcharge us and worked to find the best tire/warranty for us! Very quick to get the service completed. Would highly recommend Discount Tire!
I’ve been in the shop 3 times this week, for a rotate/balance, then my tire picked up a nail the next day, so they ordered one and replaced it under warranty. The warranty is 100% worth it.
Phenomenal service. I went to the Firestone in Pace and they told me they couldn’t repair my tire and tried to sell me a brand new tire for almost $300 and even told me I needed to service all of my fluids when I had just had them serviced that same day. I declined their obvious scam and came just next door to Discount Tire. They not only repaired the tire but rotated my tires and had me out in less than 30 minutes. 5/5 strongly recommend.
