I asked for tires, warranty, pressure sensor & alignment. Over $1K in services I gladly paid. The guy ringing me up said I’ll throw in some wipers for you no charge. I can change my own wipers and didn’t really need them but said thanks. Picked the car up and scanned the bill and saw a $50 charge for wipers. Should have looked at it more closely at the store. Do not recommend coming to discount tire for any repairs. I came in because my truck needed a valve stem replacement. Since it was a nice day I opted to sit out side and wait for my truck to be finished. This allowed me to observe what was going on. After pulling my truck inside the tech pulled off the wheels and replaced the valve stem which wasn’t an issue. The issue came when attempting to put the wheels back on. I went in for tire replacement and they helped me with getting all new wiper blades as well. However, when I noticed my rear wiper blade was installed incorrectly and missing a part, I called them right away and they didn't waste time ordering the part that I needed as well as properly installing my wiper blade. I've honestly never had a bad experience with Discount Tire and I will continue to use them!
This shop is amazing! One of the cleanest bays that I have seen for starters! Professionals and helpful! the team of Dan’s and Tyler’s were able to squeeze me in, just in the nick of time as my rear tires went bald and began threading on the highway. They weren’t able to match the same tires that I currently have but they were diligent in finding the equivalent and getting me back on the road in time for closing. Very satisfied and I recommend this shop for all related issues.
