Aric here is AMAZING! If I could give him 10 stars I would. He understood my situation, didn’t judge, wasn’t pushy, and helped me out immensely! I highly recommend discount tires and if you use them try and get Aric. He’s great! Better give that man a raise!
This is a nice store, But you need to put a bench outside so Customers can sit outside. We have been to a number of discount tire shops in colorado And they have been there and also the Appleton shop has one
I took my wife’s vehicle in for a tire replacement. I asked that they would also rotate the tires. When I called to see if it was ready for pick up they said they are working on it now. I asked if they are also rotating the tires and they stated yes. Spin my wife bringing her vehicle home the tires were never rotated. Not happy at all
Brought my vehicle in for new tires and sat there for 5 hrs and they forgot to do my tires and alignment I seen people come in after me got serviced... put my tires and wrong had to go back the next day so they could finish the job correctly and do my alignment... by the time I left I was so furious the day before.. their excuse was they misplaced my paperwork ughhhh
