This was the best tire replacement I have ever experienced. I ordered my tires online and scheduled for installation. I showed up and they checked me in, 30 minutes later they were handing me the keys. Everyone was polite and courteous. The guys changing my tires were cautious and precise. I would 10 out of 10 recommend getting tires here.
Richard met me outside before I was even able to get in the front door. Very proactive and transparent communication regarding service, pricing, etc. Had a new set of tires put on and an alignment done in roughly one hour. Zane made checkout easy. Great service, fair prices. I'll be back in the future.
I wanna state that this review reflects only a part of the discount tire facility. My wife took her vehicle(2017 Volkswagen Tiguan) KEYWORD, STOCK tires and rims on it. She got 4 brand new tires and off she went… until three months later and she got a nail in her tire, as I inspect the flat tire I noticed that on that one rim, there was 3 lugnut covers completely damaged and twisted wrongfully.
