I booked an online appointment at Discount Tire for a routine tire rotation and balance. I was met by an associate before I even got to the counter and he immediately started to process my vehicle for service. When the service was complete (extremely quickly) the assciate who performed the work explained what he had done/found and asked me if I had any further questions about my vehicle. Everybody was very polite and professional and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. It was a first-class experience.
Tremendous service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices seem reasonable, but it’s the service that sets this place apart. They should honestly do training for other services establishments.
I was there several weeks ago and I was in the area working and I needed to get my tire looked at since there was a screw in it ! Stefan Kinzil help me right away you got me out of there pretty fast I was pretty impressed it looks like you have a very good crew there ! He was courteous ! Thanks Stefan keep up the good work
Discount Tire replaced a leaking tire valve on my 4Runner free of charge. I was met in the parking lot by one of the technicians, repair was complete in less than 30 mins.
Excellent and swift service by Keith. Received texts and curtesy calls to provide updates on new tires being delivered and in stock etc. Car was taken care of swiftly so was in and out before my original appointment (arrived 1,5hrs early).
