Just recently got tires for two vehicles. Steven helped in-store and is amazing to work with. I booked tires and appointments online, very easy process. This store has always been great to work with. I researched and Discount does have the best prices.
Purchased two tires on website. Compared several brands and options. Found same tires I wanted cheaper at w@lmart but Discount Tire beat that price for $2/tire less. Discount Tire gave me 5% off for being a veteran. I'm retired and on a shoestring budget and it's great they take ACCLAIM to pay over time. Store was clean, restrooms stocked and clean. I’ve always used this place anytime I had tire issues and have never had a bad experience. This time, it was exceptional and quick. Riley met me in the parking lot, greeted me and asked what the issue was. This is awesome because I have a bunch of kids and didn’t want to tow them back and forth from the car and waiting area. Thankfully the problem was something he was able to fix immediately with no wait time. He was respectful and awesome. This is what customer service looks like.
