Being one of the worst locations to have ever been to. Even the store manager is her working. It don’t matter if you made an appointment here. My appointment was for 1230 it is now 1400 and still not in. 4 bays guys standing around. A simple tire replacement and balance and rotation. I have watched 5 other cars come in after me and get pulled in and completed. Worse management ever. I truly understand that being busy on this day is so very understandable.
