Asked for a fresh new set of tires and they charged me 500 which was okay woth me until they finished and my car was moving wobbley until one of the tires popped and I had to go to big o tires, and one of the red shirt fellos refused to give me a refund or new tire atleast and I will never go back there again 0/10 do not recommend
I told the manager *justin* that I was running late and I need only 1 tire done and he recommended me a whole new set and wasted a lot of my time so I just settled for 2 tires and he took so long that I was late to my sons graduation and im never going back there again !!!
After a bad experience at another tire place, I ended up at the Discount Tires on Hunt Highway. I was blown away with the service there! They are friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get the wheel lock of my tire when no one else could. They did great work and got me out in less time than was quoted! Part that I appreciated the most is that I did not have an appointment, but was still taken care of if I did! I just loved to the area where this branch is located and will definitely be a return customer!
This shop went above and beyond for my family. I’m truly so thankful for the kindness they showed me. I was in a tough spot and needed to get my tire patched to get me through until I could afford to get it fixed. The gentleman didn’t have to go above and beyond for us but he did.
