Ordered tires online and delivered to the Little Elm location. I called to get them installed and said they were too busy. I went and picked them up then came to this location. They got me in right away. They all worked together and got my tires installed asap. Very friendly and had great communication. Great location. Will definitely come here again.
Stopped in 40 minutes before they were closing with a ruined tire. They were very helpful and got me on the road quickly. Highly recommend Discount tire!
Called to make and appointment to fix a nail in my tire over my lunch break. Spoke to Blake. He said I didn’t need an appointment and just to show up and they could fix it within an hour. I show up 30 minutes later and another guy tells be it’s going to be over 2 hours. I told him what Blake said. He didn’t care or even try. I normally love discount tire…but Not all locations give the same service.
Waited for a while nobody said anything to me or to see if I needed help…. That’s crazy
