Posting to share my experience as a minority woman who doesnt know much about cars. What happened felt like a sneaky partnership between Discount Tire and Brake Plus. I was told one wheel stud broke here and was sent to Brake Plus. Once there, it suddenly became two wheel studs, along with additional problems and a much higher cost. The situation escalated quickly after the referral, which raised concerns for me. I’ve been to this Discount Tire twice, about a year apart, and both experiences were consistently excellent. Every time I’ve been treated with kindness and respect, and the service is always straight to the point—no upselling, no pressure, and absolutely no BS.
