Came in for a new set of Continental tires and got taken care of the whole way through. Carson helped me first, starting over the phone, matched a competitor's price and then did even better than that, and had my tires ready the same day. They ran into seized lug nuts on the front wheels (something that could have happened at any shop), Andrew stepped in and kept things moving, going over all my options and explaining everything clearly. Kermit helped me out and was very informative and kind! He kept me updated on every step and was able to identify I needed new wheels and even took me to the garage area to show me the wobble on them. I appreciated being kept in the loop and I can tell a major difference with my new wheels/tires. They were quick and thorough and most importantly, a great price! Highly recommend going there and work with Kermit!
I was about to be late to Work today and I had three tires that were going flat. Andrew was able To assist me within minutes and he was such a nice guy. Thanks guys keep up the good work.
