Dude wouldn't air up one of my bike tires, something about policy or our air machines will damage bike tires? Thats hilarious. Been a mechanic 10 years and would air up peoples tires all the time. Discount tire is a complete joke.
The gentlemen here are extremely kind. When I told Adam I locked my keys in my car on my way in he immediately began asking the others if they had a slim jim. After calling insurance and finding out it would be a long wait, he invited me inside and brought me a water. They ended up fixing my tire it in the parking lot while I waited! Jesus did a fantastic job and was very quick. Would recommend this location.
I want to give kudos to the manager on duty named, "Adam" for taking care of a frustrating issue I was having with a single unresolved tire pressure sensor problem despite taking it to 3 different locations, including this one on more than one occasion. I was quoted $1100, before taxes, by a local Toyota dealership in Denton to replace all 4 sensors. Adam, scanned my tires for free (dealership wanted 297 for diagnostic) and reset my light after ensuring all tires sensors were properly programmed to my vehicle. It is to be no... read more
