First time to visit the Midlothian facility..excellent service, friendly,knowledgeable staff..screw in tire repaired quickly..I use Discount Tire exclusively!
We were coming home from our vacation from Galveston, we started hearing a noise and pulled over to find our tire was about to blow. We pulled up within 10 minutes of closing and every worker we came into contact with was so nice and caring! Never once made us feel bad with them being at the end of the day. They had our family back on the road in 25 minutes!
Great employees that are knowledgeable and explain fully. My Honda Passport is happy.
They were helpful, knowledgeable and all around very friendly. Even recommended a different style lug nut which made the look that much better for my truck.
