No matter what day it is this place is always packed even with the reservation.
Unbelievably inept. TLDR; They rotated different size tires front to back. I made an appointment and took my Tesla Performance here on Aug 14 to have the tires rotated & balanced. I wanted them to be dismounted and swapped left to right,inside out, but they said even though the tires are not directional, they have “this side out” markings, making it impossible to turn them inside out for even wear. Not helpful. Tire check was closed No associate was able to help or give recommendations of where to go. Just told me to go to Quik Trip.
The kid named Jaime that works here sure has a lot of smart remarks. Separate occasion they put a dent in my truck.
