Had a small quandary with the young people about 18 months ago, basically not being greeted while waiting and getting passed in line, since then every time I’m warmly welcomed like family, by the techs at the front desk, Neil has always done right by me if there’s ever any confusion, I wouldn’t go anyplace else, Discount tire worth your business and & time, they back they’re services, warranties, customers and employees. I’m a happy customer.
4 hours just to get one tire patched. That's ridiculous. If I was traveling and needed my tire serviced, I would be behind on time.. My experience 1/10. I understand there's people in front of me but prioritizing the small jobs first makes more sense.
This is the slowest discount tire I have been to. Even with an appointment I was here for almost 2 hours. There were people who were waiting for 3 plus hours.. that's crazy! I would suggest going somewhere they value your time if you plan to wait.
We had a tire fail that we purchased through Discount tire, tread seperation. Although we didnt purchase the extended warranty they offer, they still made the process easy. They were able to get us back up and running withing a few hours. Thank you for your help. I will be utilizing them for my personal and fleet vehicles because of this experience. Special shout out to Neil for his extra effort!
