This place is usually okay it's where I buy my tires. But I called and there was an hour and a half wait time and within 20 minutes it went from an hour and a half to possibly not even getting it done in one day in the next 4 and a half hours. Apparently not everybody that works here can approximate time very well. Fast and friendly service for a tire with nail. We made appointment in advance which made things fast and easy.
Discount tire is always very professional and polite, and straightforward on how long it will take. They tell everyone what state their tires are in but they are low pressure at the same time. I like that tire repairs are free, if the tire is repairable. Also I use their windshield wipers and they last a long time. They really do strive to treat their customers well. I use their Roanridge Rd. location.
