Need some TV to watch while waiting & some comfortable seating !!! There's definitely room for improvement in the seating area.
I usually don't mind having to wait at Discount Tire because their staff have always been so nice. But, I'll have to say, this time a young man helped me at the counter. He came of like he's was pissed. He barely smiled and when he did, I could tell he was making himself do it. He put out his hand for my keys.
