Brand new car. First time the tires were removed. Completely marred up all of my black lugs. Maybe teach these children to seat the wrench all the way before going simple jack on peoples cars. Had to purchase brand new ones

Went to go get my wheels balanced and after the tech inspected my vehicle he then stated he can’t service my vehicle and insisted on me buying new 800$ tires and refused to service my car
