I swear everytime I come to a discount tire, I am reminded why I will never ever go to another tire shop. Heath and his team are outstanding and make sure you are taken care of and safely back on the road. Cannot recommend them enough.
Had a strange experience at the Prairie Grove location today. Sitting in lobby waiting on my new set of tires to be installed, heard guys at counter offering everyone huge discounts on road hazard protection, air pressure monitor, etc. Two days earlier, I was one of those customers at the counter inquiring about a set of 4 new tires.
