Very professional staff and when you make an appointment they get you in right away when you arrive. Best prices and customer service.
Went to get a 4 wheel alignment. They loosened a nut Then realized it was the wrong nut. They said they couldn't put it back like it was and I would have to take it to a real repair shop just to get the correct nut put on. Don't get tires or alignments here go somewhere like Hires who has repair service and parts. I had to take my car with brand new tires with a worse alignment and find a shop just to put the correct nut on. Discount Tire should have never loosened it if it wasn't the correct camber nut.
These folks are always professional and polite. Always happy with the service here
If anyone knows me they know that I have gone through my fair share of tires. Every time discount tires does a phenomenal job and are so kind!
