Very dissatisfied with how I was trying be taken advantage of when getting my son wheels.
I appreciate the Knowledgeable and fast service I receive at Discount Tire. The wait times have gotten somewhat longer but I contribute that to their reputation for quality service and the increase in population of my area
Front right tire wore down to the wires on inside edge at 30k miles on 50k mile warranty tires. Took it in to the shop and was told that it was not covered under warranty as it is considered “mechanical damage”. The warranty page states “There’s no prorating, mileage adjustment, or disqualification for any reason including run-on damage. It’s the very best tire protection coverage we know of.” I paid an extra $141 at time of purchase for the extended warranty (certificates for refund, replacement) and was still denied replac... read more
I had a bulge in one tire and all 4 were bald. They understood my situation as a college student and helped me get the lowest cost possible to get me back on the road with safety in mind. It came to their attention my lug nuts were deformed and needed replaced, which they were. I told them I had no extra change to throw and would do it later. They didn’t add the cost, and installed new nuts on the house. Grateful for their care and a up front business in this day and age.
