Was not told how long to get the 2 tires put on or have the wheel alignment completed. Was there 3 hours. I received a email that my car was ready to be picked up within 1 hour but it took another 2 hours. No follow up from the salesmen. I just had to sit there. No coffee, no water, no checking to see if I was okay. I’m 78 and could have used some TLC.
They are amazing. Super helpful and friendly. Very speedy service. When you buy 4 tires. Ther have free alignment and rotation for the life of the tire. Highly recommend!
