Would have been 5 stars - customer service was great, and prices are good. Unfortunately, when installing my tires, Discount Tire scratched up my wheels pretty badly. The scratches shown in the pictures go the majority of the way around on all 4 wheels. This isn’t acceptable in my opinion, and I’d rather pay more to get my tires done at a shop where this won’t be an issue.
Didn't even have to set an appointment. The sales rep got me in there and out in less than a hour, being is I was pressed for time.
I’m giving these guys five stars not because they are always perfect (jobs differ from employee to employee) but because they always make things right free of charge. I go here for my daily and high performance tires and alignments, they will do everything they can to get you what you need/want.
