Can’t even give y’all above the one star. Felt as if y’all were trying to get me out of the store. Needless to say, the issue that brought me in (loyal Discount customer, new set of tires with less than 10k miles on them AND hazard/replacement…) was not even attempted to be remedied. After I’m guessing the manager, told me to chance driving on the tire (who does that?) I went to a competitor who did the one simple thing I needed, and they didn’t charge anything either. This is one awesome tire store! I wanted to treat my old car to new wheels and rims so I checked online and found their prices very competitive- plus they gave me a veteran’s discount! From the moment I arrived they treated me and my car like we were special. They are so courteous and professional and now have a customer for life!
