The front staff and technicians Re professional, friendly,knowledgeable and they hustle. I've been in for a tire repair and new tires. They make every effort to take care of you quickly and professionally.
Terrible experience.I literally said I they were trying to fix my car tire, and they said, 20 minutes in there was in hours to give us another 20 minutes.And now we're waiting in the building when you live with hours away more to do other shopping for a car to be done and it's still waiting
After calling all over Missoula looking for a winter tire package that had both cheap steel wheels alongside S-tier tires, I ended up giving Discount Tire in Billings a call. Joshua was extremely helpful and totally supportive of my plan to bring the tires from Billings to Missoula. He got me the best price and gave me honest recommendations. Luckily, the Discount Tire in Missoula is now opening. Hopefully they are just as helpful as Joshua was! Great prices, great service.
