Edited a year later, but still give it 5 stars! The customer service is attentive & friendly! I feel like they go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is safe & don't try to upsell you! I had a tire repaired from a nail, balance, & rotated. I had them replace the wipers. Only tire shop I'll go to. Easy to schedule online & check in through text. (1 year ago) Helpful, fast, and friendly.
I came in to get a tire repaired that had a screw in it. To make a long story short they ended up putting a new tire on my car at no charge. Everyone I encountered there had amazing customer service as well. It was my first time at Discount Tire and I will definitely be using them going forward.
Leaving on a trip, I had the tires rotated and checked, It w really fast .
