Had a great experience today with new tire and rim after a blown tire - staff attentive, knowledgeable, friendly. Called first and staff explained all of my options clearly, had everything ready to go when we brought the car in 30-45 minutes later. Affordable and great service compared to other places we visited and called earlier in the day. We were able to get parts plus service for cheaper than parts alone at other places. Would definitely come again!
If you can avoid this location I would. Junction Rd always does their job well. Go there instead.
This location is solid. Knowledgeable, friendly staff.
Always impressed by their customer service, quality of work, and prices. For sure my go to tire shop in Madison.
