They damaged my rims and refused to take responsibility. I was told a manager would call me the next day, never received a call until I reached out a couple days later. I have pictures from before taking them to the shop with my undamaged rims, but that didn't matter to them. Shop local!
They damaged my rims and took zero accountability. I have photos prior to arrival but according to the manager "they couldn't have caused this damage". I was expecting a phone call the day after it happened but I guess they already wrote me off, as I had to pursue further just to get that answer. Would rather drive on bald tires than do business with y'all again. If you care about your vehicle, take it somewhere that hires professionals! SHOP LOCAL (:
Discount Tire off Verona Road has always treated me well and has never been over pushy on their up sells. Staff friendly and courteous.
