Had a nail in my tire this morning. Called and spoke to Alex. He was very helpful getting me the tires for my Tesla the same day. Professional and friendly all around
My experience has always been great
When you see the word DISCOUNT, you think lower than the competitor. But that is not what you get here. The service might be discounted but the price for tires is definitely not. They are if not more expensive than some competitors around them.
I was turned away from Costco for a tire that I was told was not repairable and that I would need to buy a new set. Called discount tire and was quoted a reasonable price for 1 tire with no appointment needed. Upon arrival the price was quoted exactly the same and my car was taken back. I was then told the tire was in fact repaired and I left without paying a cent. Tony at the front was great as well as every employee I interacted with and I almost feel as if I am stealing from these guys. Will 100% be back for any tire need... read more
Finally, finally, finally, had the absolute best service best best interaction with staff and management.Everything was spot on perfect.. they even checked my alignment at no charge and then didn't even try to sell me something I did not need... good people. ...trustworthy . Everything! But, there's one catch, you've got to go on a Tuesday..and ask for Assist. Mgr... Tony. That's all I can tell you!!!!!
