Aaron and person on the phone was really nice had a blowout was able to drop off my car and called them for driving very nice and super helpful
Losing faith in this location. Last year we took our 5th there to get new tires. They broke a bunch of the lug nuts and didn’t say anything. My husband called them out on it and they just shrugged it off like no big deal. The next time was about a week ago. We took my car there to repair a flat. The guy looked at our tires and said well I can try to repair them but you really need new tires. This is by far the most unprofessional tire place I’ve ever gone to. While I was waiting in the lobby I overheard one of the workers Brayden, constantly use foul language and use racial slurs.There’s nothing funny about racism. Especially when the customers can hear how loud and rude you are towards your fellow coworkers. This has to be the 3rd time I’ve came here and heard the same racial slurs. Tpms light came on, went to the west jordan location, only waited about 5 minutes. Got me in and taken care of pretty fast..
Great visit. I was greeted immediately, explained what I needed and they had me in and out of there in 15 minutes. At A price lower than I expected.
