Was initially quoted the job would take an hour or so. Which would be fine. It was a busy day. They knocked it out in 15min!! What a great team of pros
They have always been good to me
I won’t be returning to Discount Tire anymore. This location is lazy and won’t do a simple patch, only care about new tire sales. I was planning on putting new tires on in a month but will not be going here for those replacements. Reps must be trained to take advantage of people who don’t know any better. Edit: tried contacting management won’t call me back definitely even more disappointing. Way to take care of customers!
My wife and I have been loyal Discount Tire customers for more than 15 years, and we have consistently had positive experiences. However, this most recent visit was disappointing. My credit card was accidentally charged twice, and despite bringing it to their attention immediately, the issue has remained unresolved for more than a month.
