Customer service was great, BUT I recently had my tires replaced with ones we ordered and had shipped to the store. I went, had them installed, no big deal. Until later THAT day I started hearing a grinding sound coming from one of the tires. Took my car back in, they originally neglected to tell me that I had NO brake pads left. How does one miss that when installing tires? I now need brake& possibly rotors. I understand they don’t provide that service, but I should have been notified.
