Was sold the rotation / rebalance plan and when I went to use it I was told that they could not rotate / balance tires due to tire / rim size I then asked the employee that why did they sell me that plan if they could not do the work and when I told him ok just simply return my money he all of sudden changed his story/attitude and said it could be done.
