Love this place! The guys are so nice and helpful. Got one of my 6-mo old tires replaced for only the cost of the new tire's extended warranty today. I've used Discount Tire for many years, and the extended warranty has saved me a ton of money on new tires, considering a 100 mile/day commute over 8 years on the Houston freeways. Discount Tire has put tires on all of our cars and every interaction has been better than just good they've been great! Everyone is helpful, professional, genuine empathy and a desire to solve whatever problem that you have. Whenever they say they are going to call and let me know when something is going to arrive they never fail to do so. The office is clean, the shop is clean, and everyone seems incredibly competent. I'm glad to keep doing business with them.
Great customer service! The guys are very friendly and super helpful! We have purchased tire sets for multiple vehicles and have always got great pricing and great maintenance service when we've come back for rotation and balance! Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service! From the first phone call to the store when I spoke with Chris I knew we chose the right place. They accommodated us at the end of a very busy Monday and were incredibly gracious. Chris was awesome! And even the other employees that walked through the store were very friendly and polite. I HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE MY VERY FIRST TIME THERE, Nick WAS DISHONEST WITH ME I DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE A FEW WEEKS LATER AND I GOT A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CONSULTATION BY THE MANAGER BRANDON. BRANDON EDUCATED ME, DEMONSTRATED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND USED GOOD JUDGEMENT. I WAS INITIALLY TOLD MY FRONT LEFT AND REAR RIGHT TIRES WERE IN SUCH BAD CONDITION I MAY NOT MAKE IT ANOTHER COUPLE WEEKS WITHOUT GETTING NEW OR AT LEAST USED TIRES.
