I worked with Chris Masterson and he took very good care of me. Needed a tire replaced, had a large nail, and he arranged to have a replacement tire delivered. He kept my wheel, got the new tire, put it on the rim, then texted me at home. That minimized my wait time when I brought the car in to remove the spare. It pays to buy the tire insurance. Love Discount tire...they are tire professionals!
