They broke a wheel stud on my wife's van, and said they couldn't remove the other 4 lugnuts. Sent her home. I returned the next day and was told it's not their policy to repair bolts that THEY break. I removed and replaced the other 4 lugnuts in 5 minutes. I didn't see any of their employees using a torque wrench. Buyer beware.
Way Better than NTB!!! Would I recommend Discount Tire to any one for any tire service: Hell Yeah!!!
Just had 4 brand new tires put on my Jeep Patriot- was in and out in about i hour- excellent service with very friendly & capable people....
