RecommendedDiscount tire has the best customer service! I went in with a low tire. Ruben said it was too worn and couldn't be fixed. I have no money till Friday, so I told them to put the old one back on and I'll be back then. They put a NEW one on so I'd be safe and told me to come back Friday to pay for it. Never have I had that happen. I'm very touched by the care they give to their customers!
Went to purchase four tires. They only had 3. But would order one more. So we paid for four had two put on. We had a tire on the rear that would go flat. So they we to take one off the front and put it on the rear where the problem tire was. And then put two new tires on the front. We discussed this in detail. Pick car up asked if they had do this, O yes we did. Next morning that tire was flat. This was to complicated of a job, I guess. So fill the tire up back to the shop. We had to get a couple of new tires while traveling through Kingman AZ and Rudy at Dicount Tires was extremely helpful,knowledgeable and accommodating. five star!
Always the best experience. only come to them. Which is A lot, unfortunately . I live on back roads with a not backroads car.

And in one particular case with my vehicle, Manager Rudy was on top of the situation and rectified it. Keeping me, his customer, notified and informed at all times until this on issue was resolved.
