Worst customer service I've seen in a long time! Save the time and hassle and go anywhere but here. I'd seriously buy tires from a guy on the street before going back. We ordered a set of 4 tires on the 8th. Told 2-3 days for them to come in. Yesterday was day 6 and we hadn't heard a word. Called to follow up, only to be told that 2 of the tires arrived and the others were somewhere in transit, but they had no idea when they would arrive. Not so much as call to let us know. RecommendedI got a nail in my tire yesterday, made it to discount tire on 33, they repaired the tire and checked the other 3 free of charge because we brought tires there a few years back. Amazing service, friendly and I will always get my tires there.👍
I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees are always friendly and helpful. They’ve saved my butt many times when I’ve blown tires. The warranty is absolutely invaluable and the service is great. Highly recommend!!
