Took my car for tire rebalance for a long road trip. Shane &Co. we're able to get in and out all ready to very quickly! Professional people. Recommend 5 stars.
You can not beat the customer service and warranties they offer. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful everytime you step into the store!
I want to make sure to give a shout out to Ron especially with talking to me on the phone and working with me. I was on my to the tire store when I had a blowout on the back right at 5:45. They close at 6 and we still 15 minutes awaywith changing a tire. He said they would stay a few minutes late to accommodate me. I got there and they were able to immediately get me in. Give Shane a raise!! He is awesome! I was in a difficult situation and he went above and beyond to help me. I'd been driving for ten ours with four to go when my tires gave out. I have a unique tire size and couldn't find anything in the area that would fit. Shane went above and beyond to find any tires that would fit and I was able to go home to my family and avoided staying in another hotel. Thank you so much for the excellent service and saving my life! �
I've been exclusively coming here for about 4 years now. I recently hit an armadillo in the road which caused the tire to go flat. Discount Tire made the process painless. They replaced the tire the next day, and also offered to put it on all free of charge. Friendly staff and short wait times will keep me coming back.
Super friendly team with great customer service. Team is always polite and helpful and takes their time to explain what they did and why. They will always do their best to squeeze you in even if you don't have an appointment. They will be getting all my future business.
Danielle was very helpful with choosing new tires, very informative and friendly. Service was fast as well.
I don't understand why Discount Tire does not provide alignments. Why wouldn't a tire stored provide all the support needed for customers buying tires? Heck, u can take the Discount Tire price to any other provided and get a price match plus most tire providers also provide alignment services. Having to go to two places doesn't make sense in obtaining tires.
