Very disappointed with the service today. Waited for almost 3 hours for a tyre change. This never happened before in this store.
I had a very disappointing experience at Discount Tire, despite being a loyal customer for over 30 years. I went to the store because my 2024 Tesla Model Y had a nail in the rear tire causing a leak. However, the salesperson refused to repair it, claiming that the tire tread was too worn. I disagreed, as my Tesla only has 10,000 miles and the tires still look almost new. In the end, I had no choice but to replace the tire since they refused to repair it. I don’t think I will ever return to Discount Tire again.
Mr. Dallas took amazing care of me today. Got everything handled for me. Will always choose and stick by Discount Tire. always a life saver... if you are thinking of getting new tires definitely go with discount.
