I want to thank Freddy at discount tire on Barker Cypress big huge shout out to this guy. I had some nails in my tires. I drove up, dropped off the keys and within 30 minutes had four brand new tires installed, balanced and ready to go. Did I mention I was walk in. No appointment needed. I also want to thank the guys in the shop that did the work as well without the team of everybody working together, it would have taken all day. Thank you again fellas. Customer for life.
Updating a previous review where I left one star after a frustrating visit: I came in today for a scheduled appointment at 4pm for a tire balance/rotation. I showed up about 10 mins early and they had me out the door in about 30 minutes total. It was impressive. These guys work extremely hard and it shows. They’re not perfect just like anyone else, but after being a customer for 20 years I can honestly say that discount tire has a talent of hiring very hard-working and ethically good individuals. Shout out to Freddy and the boys over at Discount tire. My family and I are recent transplants from out of state and about 6 months back I needed new tires for my half ton. They had the tires I wanted, services were excellent, price was competitive, and I walked away pleased with my service. This time around my wife got a screw in her new Explorer and I called the guys up and they told me to come bring it on in.
