We bought some great Cooper tires for the car to make a road trip and we had great service of course the Cooper tires a little bit more expensive than those a lower-priced tired but we had a bite the dust because I like to Cooper tires in on our road trip we passed around Texarkana his report we passed the Cooper manufacturing facility over there we're going to stop in and say hello for starch the could've been a shorter wait time it was it was a very long wait time

They always have fast, efficient service with a friendly staff that are dedicated to helping your problem. Plus they fixed my tire for free! Great business!
I wouldn't waste your time. They will ruin your wheels. The manager Randy said he would find me a new set and call me in a couple days to schedule a time to come back in. 2 weeks later no call back and all he does is avoid my calls. I have left numerous messages for him and nothing.
We had an 8:00 appointment. They took the first people in line without asking anyone if they had an appointment. After waiting they finally called us and we were told they didn't have the tires we ordered. Granted, we did get a tire upgrade, but that doesn't account for pitiful customer service.
This location is always very busy, so make an appointment. Otherwise, you'll be sitting around for a while. (Saturday) The guys are always very helpful and I haven't had any issues with the store.
