After all the sets of tires I have bought from these people, today was the worst service I have ever received. I pulled in and asked if someone could check the air in my tires. I was told to pull into the space behind a pickup truck. After waiting for about 20 minutes, I gave up and drove away. Now I have to find another tire store, RATS!
A HUGE thank you to Dominic for stopping (on his lunch break) to see if I needed help (I did) and stay and fix my damaged muffler until my car was safe to drive. A true random act of kindness and so very appreciated.
These guys are great! Got there close to closing time, I told them I'd come back next week, they wouldn't hear of it! Great customer service. Now factor in I had my 2 year old son with me, who wouldn't stop going behind the counter to play with the phone and push all the buttons on the printer - not to mention actually breaking a sign display - and they just kept saying, oh don't worry he's ok! My son just went in with two holes in two of the new tires he bought at America's Tire's a few months back and they replaced them under warranty, no hassle at all. This is what I call great service! We will be switching all our cars tires out so that they are AMERICA'S TIRES. Thank you!!!
After waiting out in the cold this morning for a hour with my toddler at a tire store in Hood River we got turned away because they were "full" even before they opened at 8am. We arrived a hour later at your store in Gresham and were done within a hour and a half. Thank you for all your hard work and hustle to help prepare us for the up coming winter weather in The Gorge.
