Mark, one of the salesmen, made sure that I didn't leave their store with unsafe tires on my "new to me" used truck. I didn't have the cash to pay to replace all four tires - having only budgeted for two - but my vehicle had tires that were over 6 years old and two were the wrong size (I would come to find out). I called Discount Tire around 11:45 today and spoke with Jordan told him what was going on with my family and that my girlfriend had a tire shred on the way to work the other night. I asked him if he could have my girlfriend out in about an hour and he said send her in. I had spoke with Jordan in regards to the tires we wanted and when she pulled up they greeted her like royalty.
