I showed up at 4:30 when they closed at 6 they where very accommodating and helpful sold me two new tires and did it all in an hour. Price was reasonable and work was professional.
One of the worse customer experiences I've had at Discount Tire at this location. I Drove to this place to get 1 tire replaced and took overall 6 hours . I was very upset because I have to drive to Los Angeles CA. The salesman just was worry to get more and more customers and never track my tired with the other locations. Very bad service...

One of the worse customer experiences I've had at Discount Tire at this location. Drove across town to get 1 tire replaced and took overall 1 hour and 15 minutes. I was never greeted walking in not even by the manager that was standing there. Then he ignores the associate that finally helped me, who I was referred to see. Then I was never told by the associate how long it would take. This kind of customer service makes me want to go to the competitors.
I got my tire patched up here. They removed one of my political stickers off of the back bumper and then told me they liked my stickers when they returned the car to me. Assholes.
