Customer service at its finest. Jacob was not helping me get checked in for a a fix on my tire yet I gave another tech a hard time, "can't trade my keys without your cell"just giving him a hard time. Jacob gave up cell (after getting it from his locker) and BAM....New FB status along with an update to his Snapchat. The only place I will ever go for tires. Today they helped out a young man on his way to get his mother who is ill. His tire blew and he had no money for a new one. They provided him with 2 tires since another tire was really bad. Kudos to them. It's great that their company allows them to be charitable. Thank you so much.
I want to say "Thank You " to Kyle for all his help, I went in to get 4 New tires, he needed authorization from enterprise, which they needed authorization from my company. It read on a Saturday, so of course no one was available. By 8:00 a.m. on Monday morning, Kyle had got authorization & called me. I felt bad as I asked about getting it transferred to discount in ft.
