I usually get great service and this isn’t that I got bad service. But I took my car in to have tires swapped over. I have 8 tires and rims one for summer one for winter. I took my car in at 1pm to have my summer tires swapped over to my winter tires, I was kinda busy yesterday so I left the car with them. I didn’t think about my car until well after they closed. I never got a call saying they were done. I drove by last-night and it was sitting in the parking lot. I go in this morning to get my car and ask why I wasn’t calle... read more

I was very impressed with the staff at Discount Tires. There was a mix up with the wheel and tire that I special ordered and they went above and beyond to make it right. I could have left a dissatisfied customer, not to return but because of their excellent customer service, I left satisfied and won't buy my tires from anywhere else.
This place is amazing and they are super friendly. Awesome staff!
