I needed a valve stem replaced; I checked in; Javier was very professional; he checked all for tires; asked me if I would like to know the results of his inspection; the results were very informative and I was out of there within 30 minutes AND it was all for FREE! I'm a happy customer! �
You guys are a joke. What good is being a loyal customer for over 20yrs. Angelina and Enrique Pichardo deserve better. Clearly one of your staff members damaged the wheel/rim while removing the tire. My in-laws witness every action taken place from across the street while waiting. To the Ahole manager saying unless we have an attorney your video surveillance cameras can't be used to see that you guys are responsible for damages; go find yourself another job that doesn't require any contact with people because you really suck... read more
Well very upset with the service being a Customer for over 10th to 15th years when for a flat tire and they didn't have the size of the tire they order the tire they say they will call they never did so I went and check if they already have the tire they did so they processed to install the tire after 45 to 50 min we went back to check and get our car they bend the rim and they never admit that they bend the rim never going back
They where great all the staff was so helpful especially the manger was so sweet
I made an online order for wheels and tires. Tires came in, but the wheels would take longer, no problem, i can wait. I call a week later to verify the order and make an appointment. I show up 15 minutes early thinking that they would be ready for my appointment. Guess what, no wheels and no one knows where they are or why they were never delivered. So how did i make an appointment for wheels that were not even here?
You guys are a joke. What good is getting an appointment on your website if you're not going to honor the appointment time. To the Ahole that was rude to me when I asked why you were not taking us that had an appointment first, go find yourself another job that doesn't require any contact with people because you really suck at it. It'll be a cold day in hell before I do business with your company again.
